Absolutely. We can work with landlords to keep rental properties in great shape — whether it’s ongoing maintenance, quick repairs between tenants, or larger improvement projects.

Either option works! If you have the materials ready, great - if not, we’re happy to source them for you. We’ll always let you know in advance about any additional costs before going ahead.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during busy periods. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent jobs where we can.

We just ask that the work area is clear and accessible. If you have pets or valuables nearby, please make sure they’re safely out of the way. If anything else is needed, we’ll let you know when confirming the job.

We accept card payments, bank transfers, PayPal, and cash. A 30% deposit is usually
required to confirm the booking, with the balance due upon completion.
